Seminars offered: 1. Women’s rape prevention and self defense workshops—these workshops are proactive, topics covered: ¨ Verbalization skills ¨ Effective methods for overcoming attackers ¨ Learning where to hit, when to hit and what to hit ¨ Using every day items as weapons (flashlights, key-rings) ¨ Minimize being selected as a target These seminars are for woman of all sizes, ages and abilities and we also address physical and sexual aggression and stalking. There are many non-experts teaching these women’s self defense and rape prevention classes, We offer the right training and the right instruction in our seminars with experienced instructors.
2. Law Enforcement Seminars—these workshops cover the following: ¨ Hand to hand combat ¨ Control tactics ¨ Fighting at close quarters ¨ Weapon retention and disarming ¨ Ground avoidance / ground escape ¨ Verbal communication ¨ Real life experiences We are actively better health and raining for police officers and we believe that training is for life and your life may depend on it.
